The new Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway which begins at the Tipo junction in Subic and ends in Tarlac is at the present time longest tall road at 94 kilometers.it was conceived in the mind of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo as early as 2001 to make greater in value the cooperative action of the seaports in Subic and the Diosdado Macapagal International Airport in Clark.
