Ensuing the discovery of ten hand grenades by two pupils while digging in a garden in an elementary school in Barangay New Cabalan, Olongapo City Mayor James Bong Gordon, Junior stated that the Philippine government should be helped by the Japanese government in identifying places with concentrated mass of the 2nd World War explosives. In addition to what has been said, the Japanese government must serve as leader of the clearing and proper disposal of war remains such as bombs and bullets because the Japanese were the attackers throughout the course of the World War II. Up to this time, vintage bombs and bullets are perilous to the people as a whole particularly when these weapons are come upon by chance by kids and people who had no understanding about proper handling. For proper handling of bombs and bullets, several actions are prohibited. Cutting dropping, hammering heating, pounding and sawing must not be done to prevent explosions of those explosives.
