The Men's Invitational, the Women's Invitational and the Elite are the 3 crew competition divisions that will be the main attractions of the Second Manila Dragons Cup 2008. This event will begin the Philippine dragon boat race season in the ten-hectare man-made large inland body of water of the Lakeshore in Mexico, Pampanga on February 24.The prizes in the competition re cash,medals and the wished for greatly Manila Dragons Cup.
