Aeronautics Institution in Clark

Jocson College, an institution that provides basic learning and skills in aircraft maintenance: a requirement of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP). They will begin to adopt more classy learning techniques of European Community.

Jocson College Inc. will start to offer the aviation maintenance technology in Clark Economic Zone. It is the only aeronautics and training school which caters aircraft operation and maintenance. Because of the 50 years expertise of LTTP in maintenance and technology, the college decided to establish a partnership with them. Through LTTP (Lufthansa Technique Training Philippines), German faculty members will be training the students in aeronautics. With this partnership, a memorandum of agreement (MOA) was signed by Lufthansa Technical Training General Manager Jochen Harm and Jocson College Vice President, Ma. Feliza Jocson. LTTP Manager for Marketing and Sales Jerome Asiddao, Professor Jose Casi, training director of Jocson College, and Bryan Mathew Nepomuceno, legal counsel of Jocson College witnessed the said signing. The college will comply with the government’s requirement in Quality Assurance and Control which includes Ground and Flight Safety Organization for the quality and safety of air services. Boeing 727, a fully functional airplane will be purchased by the college for the students training in aeronautics. It has three operational jet engines, an auxiliary power unit and working hydraulics, air-conditioning, landing gears, flight controls, instruments, radios, brakes and steering. Graduates of Jocson will be potentially employed in at least 30 nations.
