Mayor Joet Garcia expects more investors will come in the city through a public-private partnership (PPP). This started when businessmen had put up Galeria Victoria Mall , the biggest business establishment situated in the old Balanga Plaza Arcade.
In a message delivered to more than 1,000 employees of Bataan Capitol, Garcia explained that PPP will invite more entrepreneurs to invest in Balanga City especially now that it is very accessible to Clark, Subic and Metro Manila through the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway . [via mb.com.ph]
