The Department of Education aims to continually improve the quality of education in all levels. To attain this, the experts, scholars, educators and teachers need to evaluate the present condition of the pupils, teachers and even the schools.Based on experience and observations, one of the factors that needs to be considered to improve the quality of education in our country today is the teaching-learning condition in school.

To improve it, planning must be a top priority because it gives direction towards the realization of our goals. The realities orb the day to day situation in each classroom  must be considered. The planner should include in their program the provision of instructional materials for each school most especially now that we are in a digital times.

Another factor pertaining this matter is the teacher.Law makers must pass laws that will delineate the work of the teacher so they can concentrate much on their teaching loads than anything else.Public schools need to update their programs in teacher-education for their professional growth.Enough funds must be allotted in each school to meet the needs of each pupil.

Everyone- pupils, teachers, parents and educators has roles to do to improve the teaching-learning condition in each school so we must be willing to help.
