Teachers As Facilitator Of Learning

One of the most important responsibilities and challenges to the teachers today is how to facilitate learning effectively. Since our modern world is rapidly expanding knowledge with demands to integrate the use of new technologies, our teachers today need to cope up with that challenge. Gone are the days of board and chalks and of manila papers, teachers need to guide their pupils how to interact with the modern gadgets and facilities around like computers.

So as to become an effective facilitator of learning, our teachers must also be provided with trainings on the use of these modern learning tools and the Department of Education must also provide modern instructional materials suitable to the needs of  the learners.

In doing these, learning will be easy and enjoyable. Every pupil will be inspired to attend classes because learning is not being taught in traditional and uninspiring way but rather in a more interesting manner.

Effective teachers facilitate learning by providing her pupils time to experience hands on activities and she knows how to challenge them for their own learning.
