Metrology Laboratory Launches at Calabarzon

To offer further services to the public, Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Calabarzon launches its Regional Metrology Laboratory located at the DOST Calabarzon Complex, Jamboree Road, Bo. Timugan.Present in the ceremony are Los Banos Mayor Anthony Genuino, along with DOST Secretary Mario Montejo, and DOST Calabarzon Regional Director Dr. Alexander Madrigal. Madrigal unveiled the masker signalling the formal opening of the laboratory. Mayor Genuino said in his message that he is administration is willing to work together and support the programs of DOST that brings socio-economic benefits to the people. Added to this, he also acknowledged the efforts of all the DOST officials and employees.
Meanwhile, Secretary Montejo of DOST mentioned the call for Filipino innovations that will offer a lot of savings for the government and will enable companies to compete in international market. [via pia.gov.ph] |
