Landco Pacific Corp. is now finishing a 46-hectare relaxation project which will enjoy a Southern American way of life. Landco Pacific merged with Central Weyland Properties, Inc. for this project. The new building will rise near at SM City Pampanga and Robinsons malls.According to Landco Pacific President and Chief Executive, Alfred Xerez-Burgos III, the company had implemented a New Orleans concept since the project is near the former US Clark air base. The new business aims to sell to American retirees and Filipino-American balik-bayans.
After the weekend, Landco Pacific will open the Wood Grove Park Clubhouse with air-conditioned ballroom. The construction of 6,000 square-meter Central Park was also finished. A 2.5 hectare open area is one of the main attractions of the project. President Leopoldo H. Lazatin, Central Weyland Chairman, stated that WoodGrove Park will be the model of sustainable community.
