Free Legal Assistance for Indigent Residents of Mariveles

Mayor Jesse Concepcion of Mariveles, Bataan selected Atty. Ildefonso Tario, a veteran practicing lawyer, to help the poor folks who want to seek legal assistance.

The legal assistance could cover any kind of legal assistance, as long as it does not involve the separation of family members.

The project is part of the municipality's project called Serbisyong Abot-Kamay Hanggang Barangay, wherein Mayor Concepcion with his staff and other municipal personnel usually visit the town's 19 barangays.

Other services that are part of the project are: dental and medical consultation, free haircut, blood typing, free circumcision and free anti-rabies vaccination.

Concepcion said this is part of his program to bring the government closer to the people, particularly to the poor community.
