Waterfront Philippines, Subsidize Hotel in Pampanga

Waterfront said its board approved the incorporation of a subsidiary that will be known as Waterfront Mimosa Leisure Corp. With the initial capitalization of p 10-m, Mimosa Estates includes a 303-room, seven-story holiday inn hotel on a 2.92-hectare property and a 171-hectare golf course.

The new company will be operated with its existing facilities of the former mimosa leisure estate. This is expected to be a prime tourist in Central Luzon. [via]
