The developer tapped for the port development projects says that about 1,000 hectares of land in Aurora province will soon become a P7B port city.According to Reghis Romero II, president of R2 Builders Associations, P3B would be needed to develop the seaport are in Casiguran town, P1.5B building other infrastructure projects.
