To ensure economic growth in the province, Small and medium Enterprises Development Council (SMEDC) of Pampanga bares banner program. One of these is the establishment of Kabiayan Center and conduct of capacity activities among enterprises. Gov. Panlilio of Pampanga challenged the member of the council top come out with plans for the development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). He said that small acts when put together would redound to big accomplishments. Teresa Carlos as the chair of the council; enjoined its multi- sectoral members, government agencies, academe and industry association to join hands in the pursuit of growth and progress not only in the province of Pampanga but in the entire region and country as a whole. With their different projects to be launched, Don Honorio Ventura College of Arts and Trade (DHVCAT), Pampanga Agricultural College (PAC), Holy Angel University and Angeles University Foundation (AUF) will be their partner academes and institutions in ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of the capacity building activities.
