Participative management is the strategy of the newly-appointed Clark Development Corporation (CDC) President Benigno W. Ricafort to effectively manage the Freeport. This will enjoin full cooperation and support of all Clark stakeholders noting that this will be his trademark for the Clark Freeport.To achieve the success of his strategy, he said that he will promote the principle of networking among CDC employees and officials to create a greater community image for the Clark Freeport. Ricafort said that he will continue Lau's plan and programs for Clark and emphasized that he’s not there to outdo whatever the past presidents have done but instead to get things done. [via PIA] |
