Board of Investments granted Nova Star Residence Hotel and Bahia de Baler Garden a P486.5M incentive for the improvement of a project by Sea and Sierra Vista Inc. Bahia de Baler Garden will have a main hotel, an economy hotel, casitas, beach huts, and the usual amenities which also include a boat clubhouse, a botanical park, fishing village, petting zoo and Water Park. On the other hand, Nova Star will have a myriad of bedrooms with living and dining areas and complete amenities and other facilities. This will heighten tourism arrivals in the province of Aurora. Swiss-Belhotel International a Hong Kong based company, tapped to deal with and run the facility.
