The Biak-na-Bato national park became the castle and headquarters of the Filipino revolutionaries during the war against Spain, United States and Japan. There is a joint project of the officials of the Biak-na-Bato Reforestation Program (BNBRP) and the Bulacan Tourism Convention Visitors Board (BTCVB) emphasized the strong tourism potentials of the national park. |

Deaf who are high school graduates may pursue their post secondary education by attending the Computer Trainers Education for the Deaf (CTED). The objective of the program is to train computer instructors who will be deployed nationwide. |
