I believed that quality education and even peace and progress can best be achieved if teachers or educators are effective and making great influence in the lives of their pupils. To be able to produce good Citizenry, teachers must be able to do their functions well and must develop wholesome personality. Teachers must be fully aware of the important roles they are playing that contribute much in shaping our youth today and even in the development of our country. |

If our pupils will learn and experience the value of participating in the activities and programs of our government they would find their roles in the development of our country and their self – esteem would be developed. |
