The P60 million building at Jose Lingad Regional Memorial Hospital (JLRMH) was inaugurated yesterday; it was led by Health Secretary Enrique Ona and Governor Lilia Pineda. Ona and Pineda opened JLRMH’s 110-room building funded by the Department of Health (DOH) to decongest government hospitals in Central Luzon.

The flood problem in Pampanga and Bulacan will now be resolved thru the big Candaba Swamp crossing the 2 provinces. This will serve as a as a "nautical highway" connecting Nueva Ecija-Bulacan in the east to Pampanga-Bataan in the west. This will also served as a long term solution to the floodings.
