FAB's new brand identity

The Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB) will be introducing its new brand which recently approved by foreign financiers. FAB administrator Deogracias Custodio explained that a new logo will represent the multimillion economic zone of Mariveles. The logo’s circle shape symbolizes harmony, progress and development; its red color refers to passion and determination that will foster commerce; the blue color speaks of company’s stability of growth.

 
A Proposed Disneyland Park in Central Luzon

The proposed study of 1st District Representative Carmelo "Tarzan" Lazatin, states that Filipinos may experience a Disneyland theme park which will be located at the Clark Freeport Zone (CFZ) if budget permits. According to Mayor Edgardo Pamintuan, the Regional Development Council (RDC) Committee Chairman on Tourism in Central Luzon, the park will help the tourism flourish with its immense potentials.

 
Subic Wi-Fi Zone

PLDT has over 3,500 Wi-Fi zones nationwide which includes Metro Manila, Cebu, Baguio, and Davao.  Last April, the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co. (PLDT) provided Wi-Fi connection to Subic Bay Freeport zone areas which include Zoobic Safari, Subic Yacht Club Hotel, Pier One, Royal Subic, Times Square Cinema, Meat Plus - Freeport Exchange, Subic’s Remy Field, Eastern Gasoline Station and Petron Gasoline Station.

Experience the natural spring and waterfalls that provide clean and cold natural spring water at Mt. Arayat National Park. There are many high-rising trees like mahoganies, narras, teaks and fire tree that give fresh air to breathe. Observe the fire tree with scorching red flowers that seem to be warm. When the flower became mellowed it is called "kusigkusigan" or dark brown peas. Visit the park at Barangay San Juan Bano, Arayat, Pampanga. It is now being developed as part of the progress of Floridablanca, Pampanga.

Camp Tolentino: a child-friendly camp in Bataan

Camp Tolentino in Bataan was named after PFC Cirilo Tolentino. He died while rescuing people trapped by strong floods in Nagwaling, Pilar in 1956. His son Major Guillermo Tolentino, one of the heroic police officers was killed in a fight with rebels few years ago.

 
GN Powerplants: source of low cost electricity in Bataan

The operation of 600-megawatt GN powerplants in Barangay Alas-asin, Mariveles, Bataan will help the Bataeňos save their electricity by at least P300 million a year. Governor Enrique Garcia stated that the province can also produce at least P300 million a year form the taxes of these powerplants. The GN project will also provide electricity to the Freeport Area in Bataan under chairman and administrator, lawyer Deo Custodio
